We would be delighted to welcome you to our home. Hundalee House is a large Historic Manor House set in approx 15 acres of secluded woodland and garden. Hundalee has had several distinguished owners. The kitchen displays the marriage stone of the 4th Lord of Jedburgh Robert Kerr and his wife Dame Christian Hamilton, their initials entwined and dated 1667. |

We have been here doing Bed & Breakfast for 23 years and we love the place and firmly believe that it should be shared with others. The house is decorated in a charming Victorian style but with all modern facilities. The sheep we breed are Charollais and Llyen. There are also hens for fresh eggs and bee's in the orchard from which we gather our own honey, the honey with Whiskey is well worth a try along with a selection of our homemade jam's and preserves. |
| Hundalee at one time was planted as a pear orchard connected to Jedburgh Abbey 'truth or not there's supposed to be a Monk buried under the kitchen floor'. The garden is now planted with many variety of apples and pears, some old Scottish types, Spring blossom is beautiful and in the Autumn you will be able to sample varieties unavailable in the shops like White Melrose and Lothian Pippin. |
